ABSTRAK
This study aims to examine the effect of earnings, cash flow, leverage and dividend policy on financial distress. The population in this study are all property & real estate companies listen on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period.
The sample selection is done based on the purposive sampling method, so that a sample of 37 is obtained with a number of observations of 54 companies. In this test carried out by categorizing the dependent variable into certain groups, namely financial distress or non-financial distress. The data analysis method used is logistic regression.
The result showed that earnigs, cash flow, leverage and dividend policy did non affect the financial distress condition of property & real estate companies listed on the IDX.
