This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value (a study of companies in the Coal Mining sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period). The population in this study were 22 companies using the purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 7 companies. The type of research data is quantitative data and secondary data sources taken from www.idx.com with descriptive data analysis techniques, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and T test using SPSS 25.
