ABSTRAK

Influence of profitability, liquidity, and company size towards dividend policy (on IDX-registered coal mining sector Companies 2012 – 2019); Supervisor of Murtianingsih, SE., MM.
The research aims to analyse and test the impact of the company's profitability, liquidity, and size to the dividend policy of the coal mining sector company. The population in this research is the entire coal mining sector company. The samples in this study are companies that comply with the research criteria. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The type of research data is quantitative data and secondary data sources taken through the Indonesia Stock exchange with test techniques, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analyses, coefficient of determination (R2) and test T using SPSS 23.
The results of this research show that the impact of profitability and liquidity is not significant to the dividend policy. Company size negatively affects dividend policy
