This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability by using LAR (Loan to Asset Ratio), ROA (Return On Asset), Non-performing Loans (NPL) financial performance. This study was conducted using quantitative methods on the financial statements of conventional banks registered at BEI years. 2016-2018. The total sample of this study is 10 conventional banks determined through the purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data, namely the financial statements of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 tools.
