ABSTRAK
Fenny Meidiana Rizky Mufidah Sari, Undergraduate Program in Accounting Study Program of the Malang Institute of Technology and Business in Asia, The Effect of Cash Flow and Profitability on Stock Returns on Companies That Join the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Supervisor: Fadilla Cahyaningtyas, S.E., M.SA., Ak., CA. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of cash flows and Profit on stock returns In this study using variables dependent, which is stock returns. The independent variable,namely Operating Cash Flow and Return On Assets (ROA). The research sample is 31companies that are determined through the method of puposiv sampling. The data used are secondary data, which are the annual reports of LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2018. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 tools. The results show that the partial operating cash flow is not against stock, while profitability affects stock returns.
