This study aims to determine the effect of communication variables,
motivation, and orientation on the performance employees of PT Sang Hyang Seri
(Persero) branch 3 Malang Regional Office. This type of research is causal or
causal research with a quantitative approach, where primary data is quantitative
and is processed through questionnaire instruments taken directly from the
employees of Pt Sang Hyang Seri Malang. The sampling technique is to use
saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires
to 37 employees of PT Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Malang.
As for the results of data processing and multiple regression analysis using
SPSS 23 shows that the two independent variables namely communication and
orientation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees
of PT Sang Hyang Seri (Persero), while one independent variable is Motivation
influential but not significant on the performance of employees of PT Sang Hyang
series (Persero).
