The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of good goverment governance on fraud prevention in managing village frunds (a case study of managing village fund allocations in villages with traditional sub-district proverty in malang district). The research was carried out with quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires distributed to each villager, determining the number of samples using slovin formula so that 98 repondents were
obtained, and sampling by cluster random sampling technique sample (community group one village) namely taking technique sample by observing the strata (level) in the population. The results of tests that have been carried out show that the application of good government governance has a significant effect on the prevention of fraud can be declared proven. The significance level of the variable imlementation of good government governance of 0,000 or less than 0,05 indicates that the variable implementation of good government governance has a significant effect on prevention of fraud.
