ABSTRACTION

Winda Aan Abetnico: Strata 1 Management Studies Program of High School of Economics of Asia, Malang, 2018.Pengaruh Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Merketing Section in PT Niaga Nusa Abadi Malang branch; Counselor: Dra. Any Isvandiari, MP. This study aims to identify the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Marketing at PT Niaga Nuasa Abadi Malang Branch. In this research took samples of 75 respondents from the total employee which amounted to 82 employees. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique, data type and data source used in this research is by using primary data which can be from answer questionnaire which is disseminated to marketing department employees at PT Niaga Nusa Abadi Malang branch. The test instruments used to test whether feasible or not a question is a test of validity and reliability test. data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. Previously done classical assumption test in the form of multicolinearity test and heterokedastistas test and normality test. The results showed that the influence between the variables of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of marketing employees at PT niaga Nusa Abadi Malang branch is significant. With this research can be concluded that employees need Motivation and Discipline in improving performance, and memeperbaiki management company.
