ABSTRACT
Competition in the business world is now getting tighter. It is also felt by culinary businessmen
like Mie Djodes. Many similar endeavors are emerging with their distinctive features. In order
for customers to feel satisfied and not move to another place, then the company must know the
factors that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be created through price,
product quality and service quality. Specifically, this study discusses the customer satisfaction of
Mie Djoedes. This study examines three independent variables, namely price, product quality,
and service quality that can affect customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of these three independent variable
soncustomer satisfaction. This research was conducted by questionnaire method to 40 customers
of Djoedes Noodles obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Then the analysis of the
data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
The results of this study indicate that all independent variables tested have positive and
significant impact on customer satisfaction through F test and t test, while the number of
Adjusted R2 of 0,551 can be explained that 55.1% Customer Satisfaction can be explained by
Price, Product Quality and Quality Service while 44.9% or 0.449 is caused by other variables
that are not observed, such as brand image,Service Quality place, product attribute.
