This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline variables and physical work environment on employee performance of the general part of PT PDAM Kabupaten Malang. This type of research is causal or causal research with quantitative approach, where the primary data is quantitative and processed through questionnaires taken directly from public employees of PT PDAM Kabupaten Malang To meet the criteria of the samples required in this study, the required sampling technique is MultistagSampling Saturation, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires on 45 employees of the general section at PT. PDAM Kabupaten Malang.

The results of data processing and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23 showed that two independent variables ie work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of general employees PDAM Kabupaten Malang while one independent variable that is work discipline has an effect but not significant to performance of general employee at PT.PDAM Malang Regency, The results also indicate that the work discipline becomes the dominant variable affecting the performance of public works PDAM Malang Regency.
